- Sik–Ooh–Kotoki Friendship Society (Lethbridge)
- Improves the quality of life for Aboriginal people in an urban environment by supporting self determined activities which encourage equal access to and participate in Canadian society.
Health and Social Services
- Aboriginal Health – Population Health
- This program is delivered by Chinook Health in Lethbridge, Alberta and encompasses health promotion, mental health,nutrition education, community kitchens, immunizations, post and pre-natal care and sexual health.

- This organization is committed to improving the quality of life for single parent Native women and their children who are in transition while adjusting to living in the urban environment.
- Opokaa'sin Early Intervention Society
- This organization was created as a joint partnership by various First Nations partners as an effort toward prevention and early intervention for First Nations children within Lethbridge and surrounding regions.
