- Aboriginal Best offers free training sessions to Aboriginal and Métis youth between the ages of 18 and 35 who are interested in becoming self-employed or starting their own business.

- Aboriginal Cadet Development program is a program for Aborigianl people. The Cadet will return to their local detatchment to participate in a mandatory program until they have satisfatorilly passed admission requirements.

- The AFOA-Grant Thornton Aboriginal Youth Financial Managements Awards are open to First Nation youth in grades 11 and 12. Winners attend AFOA's National Conference and participate in a special Youth program designed to introduce youth to careers in Aboriginal finance and management.

- Bold Eagle – Land Force Western Area (16 years and over)
- Bold Eagle is a unique summer training and employment program for Aboriginal youth living in Western Canada or Northwestern Ontario that combines military training and Aboriginal cultural awareness.

- Housing Internship Initiative for First nations and Inuit Young People gives Inuit youth the oppotunity to build houses. It also porvides a chance for aboriginal youth to persue long term employment in the housing industry
